Composed by Swell using field recordings, traditional instruments and therapeutic sound techniques, these specially designed compositions will ground you in the moment, and aid relaxation before transporting you to the Outer Hebrides, where we create our organic skincare range.

CHOOSE YOUR DESIRED MOOD: Do you want to feel uplifted and invigorated, connected and balanced, inspired and reset, or sleepy and relaxed? Our four mood options will each help you to build your unique sound experience, based on your desired outcome.

CHOOSE YOUR DURATION: Whether you have five minutes or an hour and a half, your bespoke sound treatment can be enjoyed for however long you need it. Choose from our existing durations (5/10/20/30/45/60/90 minutes) or customise your own duration for a completely unique experience.

BESPOKE EXPERIENCE FOR YOU: No two sound experiences are the same. Each time you select your mood and duration, a new sound experience will be developed for you, using our selection of authentic Hebridean sounds. This allows the mind to drift and flow into a state of calm.

BUILT WITH SWELL SOUND TECHNOLOGY: ishga sound treatments are composed by award-winning music producer and sound therapist Brian dSouza working alongside renowned Scottish musician Duncan Grant. They combine field recordings of water, seaweed and waves from across the Western Isles with an array of traditional Gaelic instruments from the Clarsach to the Pipes. They are delivered via Open Ears Swell technology, which provides a variety of healing soundscapes designed to help transport the listener to the beauty of the Hebrides and help them delve deeper into their subconscious for ultimate relaxation.

DIVERSE: Our sound experiences can be used at home or on the go, wherever you need a moment to yourself. They can also be used by therapists in ishga spa partners delivering ishga treatments, so you can enjoy them during a facial or massage.
